This Privacy Policy describes how the "Play & Learn Languages" automation tool (“the App”) handles data when connecting to social media accounts (currently TikTok and Pinterest, and potentially Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) to publish pre-prepared short-form video and image content.
The App is operated by a single individual developer for personal, non-commercial content publishing to my own accounts on the platforms listed above. It is not offered as a public service to other users.
When an account owner authorizes the App via a platform's official login/OAuth flow (e.g. TikTok Login Kit, Pinterest OAuth), the App may access basic public profile information (display name, avatar, account/open ID) needed to identify the connected account, and permission to publish content via that platform's content-publishing API (e.g. TikTok Content Posting API, Pinterest API). The App does not access private messages, follower/following lists, analytics of other accounts, or data belonging to anyone other than the authorized account holder.
Only the OAuth access token and refresh token required to publish content, plus the account's platform ID. No other personal data is collected or stored.
Stored tokens are used solely to publish pre-prepared content to the authorized account, on a schedule set by the account owner. Tokens are never used to read, analyze, or export the account's private data.
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. Data is not used for advertising or profiling.
Tokens are kept until the account owner revokes access (via the platform's own account settings) or requests deletion, after which they are removed from our systems.
Access tokens are stored on infrastructure controlled by the developer and are not exposed publicly.
